1. Scope and who we are
The portal at portal.zil.studio is operated by Yoni Zil LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. You can reach us at info@zil.studio.
This notice covers the portal. It does not cover zil.studio or any other website we link to, each of which has its own practices.
The portal is a business tool for our clients. Access is by invitation only. It is not intended for personal or household use, and not for anyone under 18.
2. Effective date
This notice is effective August 4, 2026 (version 2026-08-04).

- Request details: briefs, specifications, deadlines, comments, revision notes and approvals.
- Files you upload: artwork, logos, photographs, documents and similar material.
- Messages you send through the portal chat, and any files attached to them.
Information created automatically:
- Sign-in records: the email address used, and the date and time.
- Activity records: actions taken in the portal such as submitting a request, approving a proof, downloading a file or accepting these documents, each with a date and time.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, which can include an IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
- Your acceptance record for the portal documents, which includes your email address, the version accepted, the date and time, and the IP address and browser used.
What we do not collect:
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on the portal.
- We do not ask for, and you should not upload, government identification numbers, payment card numbers, bank account numbers or health information.
4. How we use it
- To give you access to the portal and keep your account secure.
- To run your projects: take requests, track hours and status, share proofs and deliverables, and answer questions.
- To send transactional email such as sign-in links, request confirmations, proof-ready notices and delivery notices.
- To prepare quotes, invoices and reports.
- To keep records for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
- To fix problems, prevent abuse and improve the portal.
5. Categories of third parties we may share information with
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We do use service providers that process information on our behalf, and each receives only what it needs:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers, which run the website and hold server logs (Vercel).
- Database providers, which store the portal's records (Neon).
- File storage providers, which hold the files exchanged with you (Dropbox).
- Email delivery providers, which send the portal's email (Resend).
- Calendar and productivity providers, where a meeting or a legacy task list is involved (Google, ClickUp).
- Professional advisors such as our accountant, and government authorities where the law requires it.
6. We do not sell your information
We do not sell your covered information, and we have not sold it. Under Nevada law you may direct an operator not to sell your covered information. Because we do not sell it there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still send a request to info@zil.studio and we will respond.
7. Tracking across other websites
We do not allow third parties to collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites through the portal.
8. Cookies
The portal uses a small number of cookies, all of them necessary for it to work:
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in.
- A preference cookie that remembers light or dark mode.
- An administrative cookie used only when the studio owner previews the portal as a specific client.
There are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.
9. Reviewing and changing your information
You can see and edit much of your information inside the portal, and you can always message us in the portal chat.
You may also email info@zil.studio and ask us to review, correct, update or delete information about you. We will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days, and we may ask you to confirm your identity by replying from the email address on your account.
Some records must be kept even after such a request, for example invoices and other records we are required to retain.
10. How long we keep information
- Account and project records: for as long as you are a client, and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
- Files: for as long as you are an active client, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Activity and sign-in records: kept so we can audit account access, and cleared periodically.
- Chat messages: kept until you or we archive or clear them.
11. Security
Access is passwordless and invitation only, connections use HTTPS, information is held with established providers, and every query in the portal is limited server-side to the signed-in account.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by Nevada law.
12. Children
The portal is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
13. California residents
Most of what we hold is business contact information exchanged in a commercial relationship. If you are a California resident and believe we hold personal information about you, you may email info@zil.studio to ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to confirm that we do not sell or share it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
14. How we will tell you about changes
If we make a material change to this notice we will post the updated version at portal.zil.studio/privacy, change the effective date and version, and either email the address on your account or ask you to accept the update the next time you sign in. Minor edits are made by posting the revised notice with a new effective date.
